21. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To request a return, please contact us at support@aristori.com Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
