At ARISTORI, we stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't right with your order, we've made our returns and refunds process as simple as possible.
Received something that's faulty, arrived damaged, or isn't what you ordered? Let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@aristori.com Please provide your order number along with clear photos showing the problem.
For items that were damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. This includes reimbursement of your original shipping costs, which we will cover. We do not charge restocking fees on returns due to damage or shipping errors. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
Changed your mind? You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
Unworn and unused
With original tags attached
In clear garment packaging with SKU label
In original condition
Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (starting from the day tracking shows delivered status) and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
Split Package Orders: If your order arrived as multiple shipments, your 7-day return window starts from the date and time of your final package delivery.
Return Postage: Return shipping is at your expense, unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item (in which case we will cover return shipping costs).
Original Shipping Fees: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for standard returns.
We are unable to process returns for:
Items sent back without a valid order reference number
Worn or used clothing items
Items without original tags or clear garment packaging with SKU label
Items not meeting the above criteria (subject to 20% restocking fee or possible decline of entire return)

Photos of the items in their original condition (if applicable)
After your return arrives, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund has been approved. Once approved, we will credit the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned package.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for your current item and place a new order for the desired product.
